The position is in a busy software company located in Dublin 2, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Duties to include: Manage office area. Co-ordinate staff travel. Administrative/Marketing Support, preparation of meeting reports/presentations. AP recording and Input (Sage line 50). Time tracking and reporting. Archive and file Management. Assist in the compliance of the office Health and Safety/ISO procedures. Event organisation. Other administrative and support duties. The ideal candidate will : Have good computers skills (MS office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Full divers licence – B. Previous administration experience an advantage.
