The Intern will gain practical experience on our in house Garage Manager Computer package, mainly input of data e.g. customer details, invoices, parts, payments. Also, Receptionist duties. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following; Learn to log all calls to the company & distribute to the relevant people. Deal with customer queries by telephone & email & make appointments. Other duties in relation to accounts, filing of log books for vehicles etc. On completion the intern will have attained skills in; Customer services, computer operations and team working skills.
Skills Requirement: Must have a pleasant personality with good English. Be courteous in your approach to people both on telephone & in person. Previous accounts experience essential & be computerate literate in carrying out other admin duties. Must be competent in email, scan & faxing of documents.
