The company wishes to appoint an Accounts Administrator on a Full-Time basis. The main elements of the role are: To assist in the efficient and effective operation of the Finance Function of the Company and the Group through the conduct of the following duties: Assisting the Group Accountant in the preparation of monthly management accounts for the Company. Maintenance of the general ledger codes. Maintenance of the trial balance. Maintenance of the books and records for the Company and processing of all transactions relating to same. Accounts Receivable including recording and lodgement of cash receipts, setup of new customer accounts, administration of customer direct debits Maintenance of the bank accounts including reconciliations and reports Assisting with invoice discounting procedures for the Company. Assistance in the preparation of VAT, Intrastat, Vies, Wee, CSO and other statutory returns for the Company. Achievement of month end and year end reporting deadlines.
