Description

Analyse costs associated with my clients retail property portfolio and provide data which can be used to reduce cost and increase profitability. Analyse and compare costs associated with rent, rates, utilities, maintenance and service charges, consumables etc. Present information in a meaningful and understandable way for a variety of reports, spreadsheets and presentations at all levels. Discuss cost savings with the relevant Managers. Implement and review the impact of cost savings. Review and report to the relevant Managers actual versus budgeted wage costs.

Skills Requirements

Previous experience in an analytical or financial support role. Experience in a commercial role supporting revenue or cost delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to influence and communicate with retail managers. Ability to work under pressure and delivering to tight deadlines.
