Due to an increase in growth we are looking to recruit an Operations Administrator. Key Responsibilities: Customer Account Creation & Management through CRM system. Updating and maintaining company / client records. Organising and planning Jobs daily / weekly. Route planning. Liaise with field operatives /department heads daily. Customer call backs. Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting where relevant. Attend and contribute to weekly meetings. Ad Hoc duties. Qualifications & Experience: Strong administration / supervisory experience. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent IT skills with the ability to adapt to CRM and scheduling systems. Experience working within a fast moving environment and the ability to multitask.
