Administrator / Receptionist – Amcor Flexibles Ltd – Sligo Town

Description

Responsibilities: Deal with all incoming calls / visitors to reception. Organisation of Freight and all relevant paperwork. Generate PO?s, GRN?s and match to incoming invoices for all freight. Liase with Customers, Shipping Companies, & in house departments. Support the areas of Production & Customer Service. General reception duties. Assisting on an Ad hoc basis with Administration across all Departments. Work as a team member on selected Improvement Projects. Ideally Business/Commercial qualification. Excellent Computer Skills. Be professional and well organised, able to meet deadlines. Be flexible with the ability to show initiative. Excellent communication skills.
