My client is one of the leading retail food operators in their sector. With strong growth in recent years and an increasing number of restaurants in the group, they operate from a large facility based in Dublin 15 and are planning further expansion in 2016.The Role: With the continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a brand manager to join the team. The purpose of the role is to drive the development of the retail brand while providing strategic marketing direction to the group. Specifically the role responsibilities will include; Monitor, measure and manage brand equity. Increase brand awareness and relevant differentiation. Develop a robust brand plan and monitor progress against same. Develop brand messaging stratey. Manage the brand architecture. Maintain brand identity consistency.

Skills Requirements

Ideally coming from an FMCG background, the ideal candidate will have probably be qualified to third level and have at least 3 years brand management experience. With a grass-roots understanding of social media the person should also possess an ability to think and act strategically while executing brilliant brand plans. This role offers a fantastic work/life balance opportunity. The salary is to be negotiated but will be commensurate with experience.
