Purchasing / Contracts Specialist – BrightWork – Galway

Description

Work with our customers and partners in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East to facilitate paperwork and other processes involved with the purchase of BrightWork solutions. Duties – Create, deliver, review and approve sales proposals, agreements, and contracts with customers and partners in US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Communicate directly with customers and partners and be the first point of contact for procurement queries and contract negotiations. Follow-up on sales proposals and agreements, and complete final purchase paperwork with customers and partners.  Proactively handle issues and objections through to resolution with a full understanding of the BrightWork policies and processes. Keep the BrightWork CRM up-to-date on order status. Compile final purchase paperwork required to release all new orders. Further develop and manage a library of BrightWork standard form proposals and agreements.  Monthly and quarterly reporting on sales activity.

Skills Requirements

Experience with licensing and procurement within the software industry. Prior experience working in an SME. Experience working with different cultures and countries (US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East). Concise and clear communication skills and experience interacting with procurement specialists in large organisations.
