Duties to include to be responsible for the company wide CRM administration (Superoffice), setting up accounts and maintaining user rights and access. Responsible for updating the CRM system on a daily basis, involving researching external market data bases and identifying unqualified leads for the external sales force to follow up, in addition to entering web enquiries for subsequent follow up by the external sales force. Development and configuration of CRM system, driven by initiatives from EMEA Sales Manager & Sales Team. Provide training for Global sales teams on CRM. Collating information, certifications and completing Customer Questionnaires and Registration Qualification/ Forms. Organising & coordinating exhibitions/trade shows across EMEA. Preparation and issue of daily/monthly suite of sales reports. Managing sales team subscriptions and membership. Setting up supplier accounts.

Skills Requirements

Experience of working in a busy position, ability to multi task. Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills. Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience in developing and optimising CRM systems. Basic Accounts knowledge helpful. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and flexible. Ability to work on own initiative essential. Direct sales experience.
