This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a 4* Team. Previous Conference and Banqueting experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5 star property is essential. This is a hands-on management role and although it is a Duty Management role the emphasis is on Conference and Banqueting. The successful candidate will be working closely with the Conference and Banqueting Manager to ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main role will be to supervise Conference and Banqueting events, such as Weddings, Parties, etc., as well as covering Duty Management shifts at front of house when necessary. The ideal candidate must possess previous Senior Management experience (ideally within C&B) and have the ability to lead, motivate and develop team members within the Hotel. They will be a self starter, who works on their own initiative with excellent communication skills. Candidates must be based in Ireland with full working status and fluent English.
