Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Type of Contract: 2 years Fixed Term Contract
Number of Hours: 25 hrs per week
Location: Cork Cheshire Services – Based in St Laurence Cheshire

The Role: The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Service Managers and local management teams in Cheshire Services Cork with all elements of administration and record keeping required by both the residential and community services throughout Cork City and County. It is critical that when undertaking your work that you do so in a manner that is consistent with Cheshire Ireland’s values, operating ethos and standards.

The Person:

At least 2 years’ experience in an Administration role is essential.
Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and the ability to adapt to changing computer technology.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrable ability to effectively communicate and build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Be in possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland.
Ability to work flexibly and outside of normal working hours on occasion (the role may involve travel to other Cheshire services on occasion).
Speak and write English fluently.

Salary range: Dependent on Experience
