Receptionist / Mailroom Admin – Swiss Post Solutions – Dublin 2

Description

To support facilities in providing services whilst ensuring client needs and service levels are met or exceeded. The post holder will provide cover for reception, mail-room and acting as the initial representative of Swiss Post Solutions to our clients and their visitors in a friendly and helpful manner. Responsible for Mailroom activities such as document scanning, mail sorting and other administration duties. Respond to all internal and external client enquiries in a friendly and proactive manner.Answer and direct telephone calls. Sign in all visitors and issue/collect relevant security passes. Manage meeting room bookings as required. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Any other ad-hoc duties as required by facilities.
