Midas Technologies is seeking an IT Service Desk Assistant for a permanent role in Dublin. This role is ideal for IT graduates who want a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly skilled team. Responsibilities: Providing client support for technical issues Registering user support calls in the Call Management System LANDesk Service Desk. Maintenance of the LANDesk Service; Online End User support for PCs, Printers, standard MS Operating system, MS Office, Exchange and other Group applications and Services. Network support of MAN, RAS and LAN/WAN Keeping communications with external third party Service Providers.

Skills Requirements

Requirements: Degree in IT related discipline Professional attitude and some experience of customer service Flexibility as shift work may be required Highly developed spoken and written communication skills, as well as ability to work as part of a team. ITIL / CCNA / MCSE / MCP are Desirable but not essential.
