Description

To take responsibility for the operational and financial control of the Club ensuring complete viability of the Club. To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectation. Be responsible of drawing and planning accurate budgets and forecasts as well as meeting & possibly exceeding budgets. To maintain and update equipment, product, service and standards as required. To deal with situations, enquiries and complaints from Club clientele. To motivate, encourage and drive the team, and to maintain the correct level of professional and qualified personnel, overseeing all facilities and activities within the Club.

Skills Requirements

A proven track record and an ability to demonstrate experience in managing customers and staff. Experience in setting targets and evaluating results in a sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective leadership and motivation skills. Passion for health and fitness as well interpersonal communication. Experience in sport, health and fitness or hospitality business. Strong IT skills an advantage. Have a flexible approach to work.
