Regional Development Manager will be responsible to the Deputy Chief Executive for managing and developing all aspects of the programme in Dublin and the Northern region to ensure that its aims and objectives are achieved.

The Person
To succeed in this role you will need to have at least 5 years’ experience of community development. A track record of working well with groups and individuals is essential. Experience in managing a team of administrative and maintenance staff is necessary. A proven ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing is also essential. Knowledge and experience of the needs of older people and the services provided for them would be an advantage. Knowledge of ageing issues and experience of working with older people would be desirable, but a willingness to learn about ageing and older people would be critical.
A full, clean driving license is essential as the role requires travel.
