Working as part of the helpdesk team you will perform general customer service duties and highlight upcoming events in the center on social media. Key duties: Highlight and share upcoming events across social media. Engage and answer queries from the public across social media streams. Help the public resolve queries on a day-to-day basis as part of the center help desk. Required: Experience: Experience with all levels of social media. Excellent customer service skills.
