Reporting to Director of Facilities & Engineering this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities & Engineering team, working to ensure conformance to the document control system and to maintain and update an efficient documentation system which is compliant with company quality system and GMP. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and update an efficient documentation system which is compliant with company quality system and GMP for all controlled documents using the most up to date techniques in word processing and software packages; Carry out all administration duties functions, such as filing, typing, record keeping, archival of completed documents. Ensuring all administration duties are kept up to date; responsibility for Parts Ordering & stores maintenance; Ensuring departmental Accounts Purchase Order and Invoices are processed in a timely manner through Finance Department; Provide support to project.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite to include Excel, Word, Outlook & Powerpoint; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 2+ years in an administration/documentation role; experience within a manufacturing/pharmaceutical environment; Degree in Engineering or related field a distinct advantage; Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. An ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
