Description

The intern will gain practical experience in producing and editing sound recordings. The intern will be working alongside the Production Manager and will gain experience in commercial production, station imaging, features and script writing. The intern will receive all relative training and will liaise with management, programme controller, salespeople and On-Air staff to ensure top quality broadcasting. The intern will also get training in implementing station policies and procedures in particular advertising codes in line with BAI regulations. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: using cool edit, script writing for advertisements, promotions and programme inserts. On completion the intern will have attained skills in compiling, mixing and editing sound recordings.
