A growing company seeks Level 1 Technical Support experts who will have the opportunity to work on a platform that powers one of every 6 websites on the Internet. You will provide support to our customers over the phone, via support tickets and/or through our live chat system. You will be responsible for customer support issues, identifying solutions and resolving problems, and will need to apply creative problem solving techniques. A basic knowledge of running a website, of DNS, FTP, SFTP and SMTP is required. If you enjoy delivering high levels of customer service while working with Linux (Ubuntu), troubleshooting in-depth technical issues and providing recommendations around best practices for configuration management….then we are looking for YOU! Experience required: 1-2 years? experience working in technical support or a customer service position. A great communicator with a good command of English both written and spoken is required.
