We are currently recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie for our client, a stunning Hotel in Co. Dublin. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cooking whilst looking to take the next step in their career within this fantastic opportunity. Main responsibilities of the role include: Assisting the head chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness. Ensuring the highest quality standards in the kitchen. Full responsibility for all culinary dishes that are prepared in the required section. Directing and overseeing chefs in their section in preparing, cooking, and presentation of dishes. Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Resolving any problems that may arise within your designated section.

Skills Requirements
The ideal candidate will have: Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment. Confident and possess sufficient experience in dealing with high volume. HACCP training.
