Description
Chef qualifications – at least 2 year course. Advanced Pastry Course – at least 1 year completed. Experience in all areas of the Pastry section including pastries, ice creams, sorbets etc. Recent pastry experience in a hotel/restaurant with bar/restaurant and conference & banqueting facilities. Have a natural flair for pastry and have excellent food quality and presentation. On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply. Applicant must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.
Salary: €25,000pa
