Administrator (Part-time) – Clones Family Resource Centre – Clones, Co Monaghan

Clones Family Resource Centre wish to recruit a part-time Administrator (17.5 hours per week).

The ideal candidate should have:

A minimum of 2 years experience in office management/administration including bookkeeping, budgeting, financial returns, payroll, computerized accounts.
Level 5 in Business Studies or similar.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Proven organizational, report writing, record keeping skills.
IT  skills,  including word, excel, databases, powerpoint,  publisher, website.
Ability to deal with the public & have a good understanding of  confidentiality
