Full time Administrator required for our Patient Coordinator Department in busy fertility clinic in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative abilities. The candidate will have strong IT skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office. Communication is key as the candidate will be liaising with staff, contractors and patients. The role includes assisting patients in person, by telephone, and by email. Main duties will include diary management, responding to patient queries, scheduling appointments, invoicing and payments. Experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
