Limerick Social Service Council Ltd (LSSC) currently wishes to recruit a Child & Family Support Manager as part of their Senior Management Team. The role is to manage, lead and develop the Project Teams of LSSC within the strategic direction of the organisation and to ensure the practice of the LSSC Projects are in line with LSSC Policy, Best Practice and relevant Legislation.
The successful candidate will provide effective management of the LSSC Project Staff in the areas of parenting, family and community supports inaccordance with LSSC Policy.
Candidates should also have relevant experience to conduct regular supervision of Project Team Members in order to manage caseloads and to provide support and guidance with case assessments and crisis management as appropriate.
The ideal candidate for the role should have:-
A recognised 3rd level Qualification in a relevant field at Degree or Higher level.
Significant experience of Management at a senior level.
Proven managerial, organisational, planning, communication and negotiation skills.
Previous relevant management experience in a similar environment demonstating the necessary leadershp and management skills for this post.
A record of delivery change, working in a complex environment through strong interpersonal and communcation skills.
A strong knowledge of policies, procedures and standards pertaining to the delivery of a professional service to our clients.
Experience of maintaining strong and positive relationships with our funding Agencies, the regulatory and compliance bodies and all other stakeholders.
Full Clean Driving Licence.
