Customer Service / Administrator – Cenit College – Maynooth, Co. Kildare

Description

Customer Service/administrative professional required to be the first point of contact for clients arriving to our new Jobpath Centre and therefore a key ambassador for the organisation and service. You will also manage attendance records, liaise with other centre staff and deal with general queries. You will provide administrative and office support to Centre staff and comply with processes and procedures to ensure both contractual and company quality and compliance standards. You will encourage clients to leave feedback on the service and act as a conduit for queries and complaints.

Skills Requirements

Excellent Communications and Customer Service skills. Ability to contribute to part of a team. Ability to plan and prioritise workload. Proven ability to work accurately with attention to detail. Good IT skills (including MS Office & CRM Systems) and be qualified to FETAC Level 5/6 or higher in Office Administration/Customer Service.
