Home Help Area Coordinator – Clarecare

This position involves supervising Home Help’s and assessing clients in the community in the mid-Clare area.

Essential requirements:
Third Level Degree in Healthcare, Social Care or related field.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with vulnerable adults in a Healthcare/ Social Care setting;
Of which 3 years must have been gained in a Supervisory/Management capacity, leading and motivating a large team in a Healthcare/Social Care setting.

The ideal candidate must:
have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
be proficient in MS Office, Outlook with experience of report writing.
be willing to travel using own car and possess a full clean driving licence.
