Job Title    Office Administrator

Job Location(s)    S.O.S. Kilkenny Limited, Callan Road, Kilkenny

Reporting To    HR/Training/Quality Shared Services

Contract Type    6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours     37.5 Hours per week

Salary    Clerical Officer Grade

Role:

Produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
Maintaining of various office systems and processes.
Booking of rooms and facilities for meetings and training events.
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.
Organising, storing and filing of paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Photocopying and printing various documents.
Developing PowerPoint presentations
Manipulating statistical data into report format.
Managing flow of email correspondence
Accurate minute taking

Personal Profile

Education & Training:

Minimum of FETAC 5 in Office Administration/Business Studies (or similar) qualification.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Experience in meeting timeframes for administrative duties.
Experience and demonstrated ability to maintain and develop databases/record keeping.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office to effectively manage/maintain various office systems.
High speed typing accuracy skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and turn-around times.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility (as from time to time additional duties/hours may be required due to demand).
