Lead and mentor the internal Service Support Manager and their team, 2 Regional Service Managers, 16 field based Service Team Leaders and 500+ Carers, ensuring all services are delivered on time, in full to all clients maintaining excellence in the quality of care provided. Continuously plan all work schedules ensuring maximum efficiency is optimised, services are fully delivered and gross margin objectives are met taking into account expansion plans. Develop and implement an effective communications strategy to ensure all goals and policies are implemented accordingly and best practise realised. Ensure the highest levels of professional care and standards are achieved by your teams whilst delivering Home Care requirements.

Skills Requirements

From a Social Care background (ideally Domiciliary Care). Experienced in managing multiple contact points, in particular, managing a diverse team of field based managers/Team Leaders. Experience of managing secondary relationships in a fast paced environment. Understanding of Data reporting and analysis to improve service delivery
