Quality Assurance Manager – Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service – Dublin

The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is a non-profit for public benefit organisation. We provide a range of therapeutic supportive services to children and families, primarily based in the Dublin region. The Service works in collaboration with TUSLA Child and Family Agency local areas in Dublin North East and Dublin Mid Leinster.

Our Services include an Early Childhood Development Service (ECDS) and Family Centre Service.

The DoCCFS are seeking applications to the post of Quality Assurance Manager. The post will be full time for a fixed term period of two years.

The successful candidate will have:

experience in the area of devising, designing and implementing quality systems in a similar setting (e.g. ISO Standards)
a relevant qualification in the area of quality management / quality systems
thorough knowledge of relevant regulatory and statutory obligations applicable in service delivery in humanities (an understanding of the Family Support model and Early Years services will be an advantage)
experience working in the voluntary/community sector
excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills
excellent IT skills including word, excel, powerpoint and a knowledge of quality management IT systems (e.g. Q-Pulse)
Experience in a management role and a management qualification will be an advantage
