We are currently seeking a Receptionist / H&S Officer to develop, deliver and maintain a friendly, efficient reception service as well as ensuring the consistent application of organisational health and safety practices.
Deliver professional, efficient reception service
Provide secretarial and administration support
Oversee stationery and office supply management
Lead on Health and Safety
Organise Facilities Management
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualification in occupational health and safety
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
3+ years post qualification experience in a similar role

Energetic and takes initiative
Great interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and good writing skills
Flexibility and the ability to manage a varied workload
