My Client, an energetic ambitious software company based in Wexford Town, requires a Telesales Executive to join their Wexford Town office. This is a Permanent Full-Time position. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, with experience in SAAS products and B2B sales. The candidate should have a proven track record in meeting KPIs and financial targets while looking to work with a friendly team in an exciting environment. This is a fantastic opportunity with a great salary and excellent benefits. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities. Consistently make outbound calls and source new leads. Achieve/Exceed challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy. Respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective customers in order to sell the product, minimise any issues and escalate them if necessary. Proactively secure demonstrations and in turn conduct demos with prospects.

Skills Requirements

At least 2 years sales experience in a B to B environment, SAAS experience desirable. Degree in Sales/Marketing related discipline. Proven track record achieving targets and KPIs set out. Experience developing own sales pipeline and nurturing existing clients. Key Skills: Proactive approach to meeting targets. Strong Interpersonal skills over the phone. Experience in cold calling and inbound calling a must. Ability to learn.
