Killarneys leading luxury hotel now has an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Accommodation Manager to join our prestigious operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading, managing and motivating the Accommodation team to deliver an excellent rooms standard on a consistent basis; Ensuring standards are achieved and maintained within the hotel to 4 star criteria; To control costs as per annual budget in relation to payroll and inventory costs; Communicating with the maintenance department to ensure maintenance is reported and followed up on a daily basis. Requirements for this role: Previous experience as an Accommodation/Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a 4 star hotel; Experience managing a large team; Works well under pressure; Customer focused; Attention to details and high standards.
