We are looking for a person who will be responsible for helping to manage a busy office environment, coordinating a wide range of internal activities and supporting the manufacturing team. Responsibilities include: Bookkeeping/ accounts / Payroll administration. Purchase order/invoice/payment entry. PCC management. VAT/ VIES returns. Grant Funding Research. General office duties including answering phones, filing, mail distribution. Requirements: Third level accounting or accounting technician qualification. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of QuickBooks an advantage. Highly motivated with ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-starter with enthusiasm, proactive approach and attention to detail.
