Accounts / Payroll Administration (Maternity Cover) – Cagney Contract Cleaning – Dublin


Key Activities: Primary duties will include:- Accounts: Use of SAP Business One. Control of all sales orders, delivery notes and invoicing, Debtors, cash receipts ad hoc, bank reconciliations, posting nominal ledger journals, stock item codes maintenance, posting purchase ledger invoices, reporting to Managers as required using Excel. Payroll: Use of Payroll Software and involvement in new payroll software package implementation. Administration: Duties will also include administration tasks:- Producing correspondence for Directors / Managers as required. Generally to work with our other administration and payroll staff and carry out any other reasonable tasks related to the above areas. General: Responsibility for opening and closing office premises, answering telephones & dealing with accs queries.

Skills Requirements

Performance Skills: Excellent English. Communication, organisation, diplomacy, multi-tasking skills. Task prioritising. Technical Skills: Excellent computer / keyboard / accuracy skills. Excellent literacy skills to ensure effective business communication by e-mail. Trained in use of Word and Outlook. Proficient in use of Accounting and Payroll software, SAP B1 and Intellipay.
