Job Title: Corporate Account Executive
Reporting To: Director of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising

Summary:
Special Olympics Ireland are seeking to appoint a Corporate Account Executive to join our fundraising team. The Corporate Account Executive working closely with the Director, Fundraising Manager and Regional Fundraising team will achieve corporate fundraising income targets and devise and implement creative profitable fundraising campaigns with businesses, engaging their employees and customers. To solicit new corporate sponsorship and manage existing relationships, securing donations and maintaining and develop fundraising activities.
Skills & Experience Required:
Education to min of Diploma level in Marketing / Sales/ PR
Min of 2 years experience in Sales, Sales Support or a corporate fundraising environment.
Experience or understanding of voluntary sector an advantage
Ability to meet KPIs and deadlines
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines and targets
Good experience with database management system
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage a number of corporate partnership accounts, building positive relationships with sponsors, maximising potential income and reaching monthly targets while maintaining existing and recruiting new prospects
Actively seek new business opportunities within existing accounts while continuously seeking to improve account service levels.
To prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, plans and contact reports as necessary for donor meetings as required.
To promote all Special Olympics Ireland events/products, campaigns, sponsorship, payroll giving and volunteering, maximising income potential from all opportunities.
To evaluate and document partnership, manage, monitor and co-ordinate donor satisfaction and complaints, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately on Raisers Edge database (CRM).
Propose solutions to supporters which allow them to improve Corporate Social Responsibility within their workplace.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will be set on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual target reports.
Keep up to date with all aspects of market. Improve overall market knowledge
Establish and build effective and productive relationships within the fundraising team and also within Special Olympics Ireland programme.
