Financial Administrator – St Dominic’s Community Response Project

Essential Criteria
Have the ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in an office environment
Experience of office administration and financial management
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of accounting/payroll packages (e.g. Excel, Sage Quick pay & Instant Accounts)
Experience of organising and developing funding proposals is necessary
Submit revenue returns
Liaise and attend relevant meetings necessary to perform duties and aid organisational development
Knowledge of Employment Law
Knowledge of HSE Financial Reporting Programmes
Excellent interpersonal, communication and IT Skills
Salary is Grade V HSE Clerical Officer Pay scale
