Financial Operations & Administration Specialist – Dublin – FCA Capital Ireland plc

Description
Duties: Monitor the group liquidity; Prepare the cash forecasts for the group; Maintain up to date records of the Company deals in the group treasury system; Provide all the transactions details to the accounting team; Perform monthly financial and management close functions; Perform the monthly reconciliation activities; Ensure that all the transactions are correctly booked by the accounting team; Support the preparation of the company s management accounts, perform financial ad hoc analysis; Prepare reports and presentations for the company management; Liaise with the parties involved in order to improve the data flows; Other duties as instructed by management from time to time.

Skills Requirements
Requirements: Advanced knowledge of Ms Excel; Good working knowledge of Ms Word; Strong problem solving and analytical abilities; Attention to detail; Dedication to complete tasks on schedule; Up to two years of experience in accounting, operations or administration would be beneficial; Degree in finance/accounting/ business administration would be beneficial but can be substituted by the relevant experience.
