Payroll Administrator – Bilfinger Ireland – Dublin 14

Description

Position: Payroll Administrator Location: Dublin 14 Duties: Preparation of Monthly and Bi weekly reports. Assist with preparation of the monthly payroll process. Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process – Starters & Leavers, Bonus, Holidays and other statutory and voluntary additions/deductions. Respond to employee queries quickly and efficiently. Preparation and filing of annual P35s and employees P60s. Employee interaction and providing advice on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payroll. Weekly Management Reporting. Experience of Time and Attendance systems desirable.

Skills Requirements

Essential : 1-2 years Payroll experience. Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or equivalent. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office skills i.e. Excel & Word. Excellent administration and organisational skills.
