Quality Partner – Cheshire Ireland

The Role:
The Quality Partners role is to facilitate, support and guide the implementation of Service Quality with the direction from the National Quality Manager on behalf of the Executive Team & CEO.

The Quality Team objectives are to develop, facilitate & guide implementation, and review Service Quality across all services.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to Regional and Service Managers in relation to Cheshire Ireland Standards and Practice Development within all services provided.

Informed by the Valued Social Roles (SRV) Reference Framework”, this role will also ensure Cheshire Ireland’s services strive to ensure that all people using these supports live a good life and have valued roles; in the lives of their families and communities; and have opportunities and experiences for meaningful and purposeful lives and relationships. It is critical when undertaking your work that you do so in a manner that is consistent with Cheshire Ireland’s values and operating ethos.
