Digital marketing executive in a central reservations office for a Hotel Marketing company. Management of the company s website, including updating general content plus loading packages, rates and availability. Dealing with online booking enquiries, newsletters, ezines, e-vouchers and re-marketing campaigns. Responsible for all social media including updating content, competitions, promotions and growing our online presence. Targets will need to be achieved for growth in online bookings, online visitors plus our social media presence. Working in a busy reservations department will also require the ability to answer and process bookings by telephone.

Skills Requirements

Good digital marketing experience and qualification. Ideally would have worked in the same position in a Hotel or related industry with reservations experience. Experience working with the Net Affinity online booking system would be an advantage. Very good customer service skills, ability to work as part of a team, able to work in a busy environment, need good attention to details and very good communications skills
