Dutation – 3 – 6 month Contract. Responsibilities associated with this role include but are not limited to the following: Organise and create an effective business support service for administrative procedures. Plan and manage small projects as required. Responsible for ensuring that all standard reports and forms are completed as required. Performs administration and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls. Receiving and directing visitors, word processing. Creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Effective support service for administrative procedures, ensuring that accuracy and timeliness are the key. Strong organizational skills essential. Good written and verbal communications. Good computer skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and keep them progressing to completion. Right first time attitude.
