Clerical Officer – Lourdes Youth & Community Services Ltd

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to:
Operate and maintain financial and operational systems for the Centre.
Excellent Information Technology Skills.
A good working knowledge of an accounts package and a payroll package is essential.
A good working knowledge of Quickbooks and Collsoft would be an advantage.
Provide administrative support to the Board, Director, Management and Staff.
Work with the Director, Management and other staff to develop and implement learner recruitment, assessment and monitoring procedures.
Work with the Management and Board to prepare, monitor and manage budgets.
Be responsible for the efficient organisation of the office, including the ordering of stationery, maintenance of office equipment etc.
Manage reception duties efficiently.
