Arrange travel, car hire & hotel bookings. Data entry. Format, Prepare documents and reports. Preparation of excel spreadsheets detailing purchases. Any other Administration duties as reasonably required. Key Qualifications: Knowledge of Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, mac. Organized individual, able to multi-task and keep on top of several responsibilities at any one time. High level of accuracy & attention to detail. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team. Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. Demonstrate an ability to be discreet, diplomatic, reliable and trustworthy.
