Human Resources Admin Assistant – Depaul – Dublin

Depaul’s services can be split into 4 main areas homelessness and addiction, homelessness and vulnerable families, homelessness and prevention and homelessness and criminal justice. Part time – Human Resources Admin Assistant (ref: HRADMIN/10.15)

Salary – €23,334 per annum pro rata.

Fixed term contract 6-9 months   21 hours per week

We seek to recruit a committed HR Admin Assistant to work in our busy Human Resources Dept. HR strives to achieve a quality service for all Depaul staff.  The successful candidate will work in close conjunction with another HR Admin Assistant under the supervision of the HR Coordinator to meet the needs of Depaul and its staff.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months working in a busy office environment with a qualification in computer skills (ECDL or Equivalent), have experience taking minutes at various types of meetings. Have an ability to set up and maintain both manual and electronic files, as well as collating electronic records and statistics.
