Operations Director – InisCare

About InisCare
InisCare is an Irish, family-owned provider of home support services for older persons and people with physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities. As a company we have grown quickly over a short space of time, but this growth has been matched by investment in quality assurance processes and management oversight. Each of our three geographic areas is managed by an experienced manager who is responsible for an established support team. Separately, we have an excellent operations team which includes HR, Finance and Quality Assurance. InisCare is a new company with a high-growth profile and a mature management structure.

Operations Director:
Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the CEO, James Magrane and be an executive board member, reporting with the CEO to shareholders at monthly board meetings.
As top-level management, you are responsible for overall service development, service provision and quality assurance
Responsibility for financial performance and contributing to budget preparation
Maintaining and developing strategic HSE relationships
Further development of the company’s brand and market presence
Delivery of quality assurance objectives across the service
Oversight of service-level KPIs and (in time) regulatory requirements
Managing a growing support team as well as operational roles
Implementation of an agreed strategic plan and associated KPIs for InisCare’s existing services
Contribution to and implementation of our strategic plan for ancillary services
Limited on-call responsibilities will be required, commensurate with a role of this level

Operations Director:
Skills and Experience Required
BSc Nursing (required)
5-10 years senior management experience
Proven track record of delivering strategic KPIs
Demonstrable commitment to Quality Assurance
Embody a caring and supportive management style
Ability to work autonomously and foresee future opportunities
An experienced understanding of service-level risk and corresponding mitigation strategies
Excited by an opportunity to work with a proven team and develop new, ancillary community-based health and social care services
