Your new role
In your new role as Person In Charge, will involve a broad range of managerial duties including, managing, and creating staff rosters, and generating all other reports as required. As Manager, you will initially be responsible for the smooth running of a residential service house, ensuring all HIQA regulations and legislation’s are followed accordingly.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will have recent and relevant management experience in a similar organisation, day to day duties will include creating rosters and managing staff plus more. You will have a Level 8 or Level 9 degree in Social Care or a related field, and desirably a certificate in Management. In addition to this, you will have demonstrated skills in leading a team, and excellent time management skills.
