There is an immediate vacancy for the position of Personal Assistant to our Managing Director. This is a full time and permanent position. The successful candidate will be professional, confidential and flexible. They will ensure that all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing documents for high level meetings. Arranging travel and accommodation bookings. Organising and maintaining diaries. Scheduling meetings with multiple attendees. Taking and distributing accurate minutes. Developing presentations. Research projects and background searches. Assisting with queries and responding to emails. Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoices.
