Respite Holiday Behaviour Support Therapist – Behaviour Detectives – Dublin

What we offer:
Supportive and encouraging work environment for developing/enhancing Behaviour Analytic skills.
Collaborative involvement in intervention strategies planning, opportunity to identify and develop specific goals (based on assessment curriculums such as AFLS), and implementing Behaviour Support strategies that are already in place.
Direct contact and supervision from BCBA.
Registered Behaviour Training (RBT) provided and funded by the company (for candidates without ABA qualifications).

Essential requirements:
Hold a Level 6 or higher qualifications in Psychology/ Social Care/ Nursing or related area.
Hold a Qualification in Applied Behaviour Analysis or be in pursuit of same/ or relevant experience and knowledge of ABA principles.

All candidates should:
Ideally, have one years of experience supporting individuals with Autism (desirably beyond the age of twelve).
Experience in understanding and managing behaviours of concern.
Experience working in the family home environment and community settings.
The ability to collect data.
Be flexible, enthusiastic and committed.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In-depth understanding of ethical and professional practices.
Full B Licence required due to the location.
