Support Specialist – FoodCloud

We are recruiting for two positions:
Part-time Support Specialist, working between Tallaght and Grand Canal Quay (morning and evening shifts).
Part-time Charity Phone Support, working in our Tallaght HQ (morning shifts).

The Part-time Support Specialist will be part of FoodClouds Support Team and will work closely with our partner charities to ensure the successful redistribution of surplus food to those in need.

Key Tasks:
Monitor morning or evening donations using our technology to track realtime the donations. Handle charity and store queries around these donations via email and phone. Manage morning or evening volunteers who collecting donations in inner Dublin City. Ensuring they know the route for the morning/night. Maintain a level of attention to detail and focus on quality when capturing information.

Working hours:
2 morning shifts in our Tallaght HQ (9am – 1pm)
2 evening shift in our Grand Canal office (6pm – 9pm).
Additional hours may be added to this shift depending on workload
Ability to work weekends is required

We are looking for a Support person to work day shifts calling charities and following-up on charity leads. This job is integral to our operations and service. We need a friendly, organised and competent multi-tasker. This will involve tracking charity engagement, informing charities of FoodCloud’s offer and completing the recruitment process with them. Engaging with potentially 40 charities daily. Phone and Excel skills required.

Working hours:
20 hours per week
The role involves daily shifts (Mon – Fri, 9:00am – 1:00pm), additional hours may be required depending on workload.
Working from our Tallaght office.
