Coordinator Early Years Programmes – Pobal – Dublin

The Organisation

Pobal acts as an intermediary for programmes funded by the Irish Government and the EU. We do this by supporting groups and communities across the country that are applying for, or receiving, funding for specific programmes. In practical terms, this can involve assessing funding applications, providing support, checking financial returns, processing payments, and auditing to ensure funds are used for the intended purposes. The Role

The role of Coordinator Early Years Programmes is responsible for developing proposals, frameworks and systems for new and existing programmes, including all specifications needed to develop and deliver programmes in a manner which can maximise their impact on targeted communities. The post holder will help inform Pobal’s understanding of public and EU policy within the Early Years area.  The post holder will lead in the preparation of policy position papers for Pobal and the Board.  This role will be based in the Programme Specification & Support Unit who are responsible for the design and development of programme frameworks and requirements.
